BOOT CAMP & CYCLE CIRCUIT

Sessions: A: Mon Bootcamp & Wed Cycle Circuit
     8:00 am - 9:15 am

B: Tue Bootcamp & Thur Cycle Circuit
     6:30 am - 7:45 am

If you are interested in an intense workout which burns fat, builds muscle and is time efficient, then this is the class for you. The class begins with 30-35 minutes of indoor group cycling to effectively burn fat, calories and enhance your cardiovascular endurance. Following the cardiovascular segment, you will begin the weight training circuit format with seven exercise stations. Each participant works individually completing each exercise station and then moves quickly to the next station being coached and instructed every step of the way. Work intervals are alternated with active rest intervals. Every major muscle group of the body will be worked, including your heart muscles, as we will attempt to maintain the heart rate in the target heart rate zone, effectively burning calories and fat throughout. The class is completed with a 15-minute abdominal/core conditioning segment. All healthy men and women from 18 years of age and up are welcome.

Certain bootcamp classes include the Cycle Circuit as indicated in the sessions listed above. This class format combines the best aspects of our Boot Camp and Weight Training Circuit classes and creates a dynamic combination. Three 7-8 station weight training circuits are interspersed with three high intensity interval training blocks on the LeMond RevMaster cycles providing you with an incredible, all-encompassing workout efficiently burning calories and improving your muscular strength . Abdominals and Core stations are included during the circuits and then we conclude with a comprehensive flexibility/stretching segment.
