Price: $240 for Mon/Wed session
$120 for Fri session
Sessions: A: Mon & Wed 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
B: Fri 8:30 am - 9:45 am

This is a non-stop, action-packed one-hour workout that is designed in a circuit format with 14 weight-training and cardio stations. Every major muscle group is thoroughly worked, utilizing compound exercises, functional and power training. You will work at each station for 90 seconds, then move quickly to the next station and continue to do so for 45 minutes of fat and calorie burning followed by a challenging abdominal/core segment and a relaxing stretch/cool down segment.
