This 75-minute yoga program is perfectly designed for multiple capability levels. Whether you are a novice or an advanced yoga participant, you will benefit from the comprehensive strengthening, breathing, flexibility and relaxation segments of this yoga format. An ideal complement to all of our other class format offerings or any activity you may regularly perform--add this program to your workout week and experience all of the benefits yoga has to offer.
